I am disappointed that the star is no longer a paper news source. For me, it's mobile and can travel with me as a fill in.

- - Two payments were cashed, but only one shows.
- - No magazine has arrived for a while; issues arrive ripped.
- - They want to talk to someone to resolve this.
Not happy at all I have send in 2 payments and u guys have cash them but u r saying I only paid 1 and I haven't gotten a magazine in a while this happened last year too most of my book come ripped or front page is falling off I like your magazine but this sucks would love to talk with someone and get this taking care of
Charging me double subscriptions

I renewed my subscription for In touch weekly a couple months ago. It should have started when my previous subscription is done.
I have been receiving 2 copies of the same issue for about 6 weeks now.
I called customer service and they told me they would quit sending double issues but I continue to receive 2 of the same issue. Please fix this and give me back the issues Ive lost from my new subscription.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for about three months with no success. When I received the bill, I had posted a request to cancel my subscription three times prior. I received some form of notice suggesting that the check I'd originally made for the payment was now going to be processed as an automatic renewal.
Preferred solution: To just have the subscription canceled and for payments no longer being taken out of my checking account

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Spoke to a person that told me my subscription would begin soon but I will not receive a year's subscription but only 10 months when I paid for 12 months
